Hockey camps focusing on skill development (skating, stick handling, puck control, shooting, playmaking). We will also focus on synergy, incorporationg these elements appropriately into various conditioning games, in a small area and full field.

  • before each lesson on the ice, there will be a theoretical preparation in the booth
  • individual approach to each child is a priority
  • 2 x 60min. on ice training per day
  • 2 x 60min. daily off ice training (small and ball games, swimming, etc.)
  • off-ice compensatory exercises, mobility, massage
  • 3 x daily meals, 3 x daily snacks, fruit, drinking regime. Suburban camp - lunch, 3 x daily snacks, fruit, drinking regime
  • all-day supervision
